YEZIXIN Refund & Return Policy

At YEZIXIN, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return (i.e., without prior approval via email) will not be accepted or processed.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the product you currently have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can place a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned item. We will then inform you if your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account—this timeline varies by financial institution.
